• Manages all aspects of payroll including wages, taxes garnishments, I-9’s, applicable taxes, Workers Compensation and unemployment claims across multiple states.

• Experienced benefit administrator adept at research, evaluation, negotiation, and management of employee benefits.

• Able to conduct risk management assessments to mitigate workplace hazards, conduct monthly safety meetings and inspections.

• Experienced in recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and indoctrination of company policies and procedures.

• Create and maintain company policy and procedures manual, i.e. Employee Handbook.

• Conduct employee training, including supervisors, harassment, diversity, etc.

• I-9 Audits, Employee file compliance, EEOC complaints, Internal Investigations.

• Experienced in employee termination, review, and evaluation.

• Alignment of company's Mission Statement, Goals, and Strategy with workforce.

• Ensure FLSA (Wage and Hour) compliance.
