RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• 30 years of experience in general administration, accounting, human resources, marketing and business development for the AEC industry throughout the Western United States.

• Experienced with Deltek, Cosential, and Ajera accounting, marketing, and project management software.

• Successful at developing new business through client relations and client service for both public and private sectors.

• Effective experience in public agency procurement, contracting and selection processes for professional consulting services, including preparation of SOQs, proposals and presentations.

• Efficient coordination skills for large, multi-disciplinary project teams and an extensive list of contacts for teaming arrangements for design, engineering, construction, and specialty disciplines.

• Extensive expertise in federal procurement practices.  Experience in SF330 preparation and use of SAM.gov for federal contracting.

• Current relationships with print, television, and radio media sources. Effective writing skills for publication of press releases and print articles.  

• Extensive social media experience, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.  Experienced with Hootsuite and Canva.

• Creative design experience for brochures, special marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, and website content development.  Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Possess excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and creativity as well as a methodical and logical approach to managing processes and information.
